Following only 13 months, where this project faced unprecedented challenges when Covid and supply chain issues closed construction sites in Ireland, WWW.ARDENT.IE are celebrating the handover of the first home in Bower Hill. On the 14th of July 2022, keys of an A2 rated home were handed to the first residents of Bower Hill. 

Thank you to Westmeath County Council, Irish Water, ESB Networks, Cyril Kelly Consulting Engineers, Tyler Owens Architects, Sherry Fitzgerald O’Meara, Bank of Ireland, Meloitte O’Carroll Solicitors, Sinead Finlass and Home Suite Home for their monumental efforts to make this project a reality. 

Most of all thank you to the PD Contractors team and their sub-contractors who produced these highly efficient, healthy homes on a site that had been an eye-sore for a long time. Over the coming 9 months, 54 more families will be welcomed to this town centre location where schools, sport and entertainment are just a walk or cycle away.
