Ardent is thrilled to share the exciting news that Bower Hill has successfully reached a fully sale agreed status. This achievement marks a significant milestone for our team. We commenced construction in collaboration with PD contractors in June 2021, and after two years of dedicated efforts, the development is now completely sold out, with all 55 homes occupied.
Bower Hill offers a diverse selection of houses, including 4-bedroom, 3-bedroom, and 2-bedroom options, as well as townhouses. Each property has been built to meet the highest standards of quality.
In October 2022, we introduced the shared equity scheme in partnership with Westmeath County Council. This initiative aimed to support first-time buyers, and we are delighted to report that it was a resounding success, resulting in the sale of 9 homes. We are proud to have played a role in helping individuals achieve their dream of homeownership.
With the completion and occupation of all 55 homes, our focus now shifts towards the final stages of the project. We are determined to finish the remaining work on our townhouses located on the Lower Road, as well as the green area and final road works, which are scheduled for completion in November.
