We are thrilled to share the exciting news of the completion of our newest development, Bellharbour Cottages. In January of 2023, Ardent acquired the charming Bellharbour Cottages, which had unfortunately been left vacant resulting in dilapidation and neglect. Recognising the potential of this picturesque location, Ardent started the journey to restore the cottages.
Collaborating with PD Contractors, we commenced the renovation process in February of this year. The project required all 8 homes undergoing a comprehensive renovation that included replumbing, rewiring, new roofs, new interiors, and the surrounding grounds including a completely new sewerage system. Our dedicated team worked tirelessly, ensuring attention to detail throughout the entire restoration process.
After less than a year of hard work, we are proud to announce that the development is now fully complete. The transformation of Bellharbour Cottages is truly remarkable, breathing new life into these cottages. The cottages have been meticulously renovated, preserving their unique character while incorporating modern amenities and comforts.
Not only did we focus on the interior renovations, but we also took great care in enhancing the surrounding grounds. The picturesque Bellharbour Cottages are nestled in an idyllic inlet off Ballyvaughen Bay, within the captivating harbour village of Bellharbour. This location offers residents and visitors alike the opportunity to experience the breathtaking beauty of the Wild Atlantic Way, a renowned coastal route that showcases the stunning landscapes of the world-famous Burren region.
